Kudos To The Clipmarks Team

I've used Clipmarks for ages and ages, almost since they started up I think.  It was a lifesaver many times while using Windows, I was so glad that it also worked with Macs and it was one of the first extensions/add-ons I downloaded when setting up my iMac.  Now, I use Evernote for a lot of the things I previously used Clipmarks for, but I do still use Clipmarks and what I feel one of the best bits is the ability to "clip to blog" which I don't believe Evernote covers.  Yet.

I've used the feature many times here on Vox but lately it just hasn't been working at all.  Finally I contacted support on their website and I had a reply within a couple of hours.  The problem isn't fixed yet, but they've (Eric) been back and forth with me several times, trying different things to get it up and running again.  We, in general - I, to be more specific, tend to let fly when companies don't live up to our expectations, especially on the support front, so I thought it might be nice to comment on one that has excellent customer service, is trying hard to correct a problem (and at this point we're not even sure it's their problem) and all from a FREE service.
